Terms and Conditions

TICKETING TERMS

  1. By purchasing a ticket to attend any event at the LPAC, you understand there's a strict NO REFUND policy. However, should there be a cancellation or schedule change, ticket holders will be contacted and details on how tickets will be handled will be provided. 
  2. Tickets will be available via a barcoded e-ticket or at Will-Call. In order to pick up Will-Call tickets, a valid ID of the purchaser or person authorized by the purchaser is required.
  3. All tickets, regardless of the point of purchase will be validated. Invalid tickets will be denied admission.
  4. The Box Office will be open 2 hours prior the event start time, and closes 1 hour after the event starts. 
  5. The Face Value is subject to change at anytime, whether higher or lower than the originally posted value. 

FEE DISCLOSURE

Facility Fees are subject to change | Tickets can be exchanged for a per ticket fee on certain events. Please contact the Box Office for more information. 

HOUSE RULES

  1. Patrons should be respectful of all other guests, entertainers, venue staff, and property and should not interfere with the event or performers in any way. 
  2. Patrons shall avoid blocking theater aisles, standing on seats, placing feet on back or arms of seats, or interrupting the view or experience of other guests.
  3. Patrons shall only occupy a seat or area for which they possess a valid ticket and shall provide their ticket and identification upon request. 
  4. As a courtesy to our patrons, attendance by children under the age of 3 is not recommended. All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket and will be asked to leave the theatre if exhibiting disruptive behavior. 
  5. No physical/verbal harassment or violence of any kind is permitted on the premises. 
  6. No weapons or illegal substances are permitted on the premises, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated smoking areas outside the building. 
  7. No outside food/beverage is permitted and alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises shall e consumed in a responsible manner. 
  8. The use of photo/video equipment is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
  9. Late seating policy are at the discretion of the event host.
  10. With the exception of service animals assisting disables persons, pets are not permitted. 
  11. Patrons who violate the House Rules will be denies entry into the theater and escorted out of the venue without a refund. 

Patrons are encouraged to report any inappropriate or offensive behavior to an usher , security officer, any LPAC staff member.
